1. General Information

  1. a) Mirka Cashback Offer (the “Offer”) is run by Mirka India Pvt. Ltd (registered office: 373, FIE Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi -110092) in association with Pathfinder Integrated Services Pvt Ltd (Building No.10, Lower Ground Floor, Community Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065).

  2. b) The Offer entitles the retailer to receive a scratch card on purchase of Polarshine Glossmax that has a consumer offer of cashback Rs.10 coupon inside the box. Scratch cards bear a code which when validated assures the contractor of a cashback amount of Rs.10.

  3. c) The Offer is provided on a "best effort" basis and is valid during the Limited Offer Period only (December 10, 2025 — March 31, 2026). Stocks may be available without the Offer. For issues/complaints contact: marketing.in@mirka.com.

  4. d) All incidental costs, taxes, or levies related to the Offer and Cashbacks (including TDS, gift tax if any, insurance, etc.) shall be borne by the company.

  5. e) The Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by competent authorities. The company reserves the right to extend or suspend the Offer without notice.

  6. f) The Offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions. It is non-transferable, non-encashable, and non-refundable.

2. Pre-Requisite

  1. a) By participating you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these T&C. Participation constitutes unconditional acceptance. If you disagree, do not participate. Pathfinder and/or the Company may amend or terminate these T&C at their discretion.

  2. b) The Offer comprises the terms set out here and on the back of the Offer Scratch Card.

  3. c) Pathfinder and the Company have sole discretion over matters connected with the Offer; their decision is final and binding.

  4. d) By availing the Offer, Participants grant Pathfinder and/or Company the right to use their name, photograph and personal details for campaign purposes, including public announcements on social media and the Pathfinder platform.

3. Implied Consent

Subject to applicable law: (a) all warranties (express or implied) are expressly disclaimed (including timeliness, security, reliability, merchantability, fitness for purpose); (b) participation is at the Participant’s sole risk and governed by these T&C; and (c) no representation via Pathfinder Platforms (including SMS/website) constitutes a warranty. Pathfinder and the Company do not commit to respond to feedback or queries.

4. Validity

  1. a) Offer valid from 10 December 2025 00:01 hrs to 31 March 2026 23:59:59 hrs (the “Offer Period”) or while stocks last. Coupons remain redeemable until 1 April 2026. Offer valid only on purchase of Polarshine Glossmax with the Rs.10 cashback coupon. Offer duration may change at Company’s discretion.

  2. b) The Offer is PAN India unless prohibited by local law or court orders.

  3. c) Cashbacks may not be instant; they may be credited within 48 hours of receiving communication. Cash shall not be awarded in lieu of cashback.

  4. d) Pathfinder/Company reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw or modify the Offer or eligibility criteria at their sole discretion.

  5. e) Only purchases from authorised distributors in their respective areas are eligible.

5. Redemption Process

  1. a) A retailer may redeem any number of coupons from one mobile as long as the voucher numbers are validated.

  2. b) To redeem, scan the QR code on the coupon and validate with the coupon number on the promotional microsite. After sending the unique code, the participant receives a “Thank You” message and options to claim the Rs.10 cashback via preferred UPI. The amount shall be credited (sometimes within 24 hours) to the chosen option with communication. Mirka India and its agency are not responsible for failures if an invalid UPI ID is entered.

6. Eligibility

  1. a) Open only to retailers aged 18 years or above as on 10 December 2025.

  2. b) Participation not permitted where the Offer is declared invalid or illegal by a court.

  3. c) Direct billing parties (Super Stockists, Direct Distributors, Transporters etc.) are not eligible. Any direct billing party participating will be liable to pay a penalty equal to 10x the cashback received.

  4. d) Employees of Pathfinder and the Company (and their family members), and employees of group companies/affiliates are not eligible. Pathfinder/Company reserve the right to forfeit/cancel Offer in case of employee fraud/misconduct.

  5. e) Consumers must be Indian nationals.

7. Unconditional Approval / Acceptance

  1. a) Participation is voluntary and based on participant’s own choice.

  2. b) By participating, you acknowledge and accept these T&C.

  3. c) Participants waive applicability of the National Do Not Call Registry and agree to receive promotional messages/alerts.

  4. d) By participating:

    1. Participants irrevocably authorize Pathfinder/Company to use any and all data gathered (including name/photograph/ personal details) for communications and marketing purposes, royalty-free and perpetual.
    2. Participants consent to information sharing by Pathfinder with affiliates and service providers to fulfil the Offer.
    3. Participants agree that Company shall not accept returns of Polarshine Glossmax bought under this Offer during the Offer duration.

8. Compliance

Cashbacks are subject to compliance with applicable laws and to production of documents as required by Pathfinder. Non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of cashbacks.

9. Indemnification

Participants shall indemnify Pathfinder and the Company and keep them harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses (including legal costs) arising from breach of representations or obligations or any failure to comply with applicable law. Pathfinder/Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, mobile connectivity issues, delays, server failures, technical snags, or personal injury resulting from the Offer or Cashback.

10. Force Majeure

The Offer is subject to force majeure events (floods, natural disasters, war, technical failures, change of law, etc.). Pathfinder/Company are not liable for delays or failures caused by such events and may intimate suspension where practicable.

11. Failure

Failure by Pathfinder/Company to enforce rights does not constitute waiver. Pathfinder/Company may assign rights without prior intimation. Participants may not assign their rights or obligations under these T&C.

12. Limitation of Liability

Except for the cashback itself, Participants (or their heirs) have no other rights or claims against Pathfinder/Company. Liability in contract, tort or otherwise in connection with the UPI Cashbacks shall not exceed the total value of the cashback.

13. Dis-qualification

Pathfinder/Company reserve the right to forfeit cashbacks or declare a participant ineligible for breach or non-adherence to T&C. Participants providing incorrect or withheld information (name, age, identity, address, contact) to secure cashback will be disqualified without notice.

14. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the Offer or these T&C shall be attempted to be resolved amicably. These T&C are subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. Mirka reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
